AlphaCell Labs will respond to your request for access to personal information AlphaCell Labs holds about you as soon as AlphaCell Labs reasonably can, including if AlphaCell Labs is unable to provide you with access (such as when AlphaCell Labs no longer holds the information).

AlphaCell Labs does not impose any charge for a request for access, but AlphaCell Labs may charge you a reasonable fee for our costs associated with providing you with access and retrieval costs.

For complaints about privacy, AlphaCell Labs will establish, in consultation with you, a reasonable process, including time frames, for seeking to resolve your complaint.

Section 1 - What Do We Do With Your Information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
