Refund policy

We accept returns for changing your mind after purchase within 60 days of purchase for certain products.

You must contact us at customercare@alphacelllabs.com first before sending the product back or your return will not be accepted.

The return policy may only be executed once. If you have purchased 3, only 1 bottle can be opened, and the remaining 2 must be mailed back at your expense. The bottles must be unopened and undamaged, along with the box in good condition.

You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the returned product(s). We do not deduct any fee for packing, shipping, or transaction costs.

The refund will be processed once we have received the returned items.

Notwithstanding the above, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We undertake to replace any AlphaCell Labs product delivered to you that is faulty or in a damaged condition.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned product, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges, but this will be a cap on our liability and obligations to you in this respect.
